Will the credit plan cost me anything?

For our applicants, we do not charge for any upfront credit report nor a credit plan. However, we are not a credit repair company and our value added services are for mortgage applicants only. Once your loan is funded, you will see a $100 credit refund fee debited on your settlement statement – this goes back to the loan originator who paid for your credit report.

I am an investor - will this still help me?

Yes. Even if you are doing a fix-and-flp or a DSCR rental loan, your credit score is very important. For a non-owner occupied property, you need a minimum 680 to “cashout” on a property and a miminum 640 to qaulify for flip financing. Plus, rental loan interest rates get more competive at 20 point credit increments.
