What systems and tools do you use to protect borrower personal information?
We use CRMs and Lending Portal software and cloud storage with SSL (Secured Socket Layer) browser protocal. Our emails are part of Google Workspace. Borrower information is stored in these protected online environments and only shared with parties that have roles or responsbibilities to communicate with borrowers for the purposes of either sharing available programs with potential borrowers or processing a real estate transaction.
Can I opt-out of receiving either text messages or emails?
Yes. There is always a way provided for you to, immediately, stop and deactivate a method of communication or restart one.
